 Returns & Refund PolicyAt MJID Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns. 

However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

 

1. Replacements for Damaged or Faulty Items If your poster arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, we will send a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

✅ A clear photo of the damaged item

✅ A brief description of the issue

✅ Your order 

 

2. Refunds for Major IssuesWe offer a refund only in the following cases:

🔹 Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date.

🔹 The print quality is significantly faulty (e.g., blurry, faded, or incorrect design).

🔹 The wrong item was sent due to a fulfilment error.For minor issues (minor creases), we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.

 

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not accept returns, as each item is custom-printed just for you.

🚫 We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size or design selected).

 

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

To request a replacement or refund, please email info@mjinteriordesign within 7 days of receiving your order.
